FRANKY RIZARDO
Have you heard about Franky Rizardo yet? No? Then it's time to sit up and pay attention, since he's sure to be slipping under your radar and into your ears soon!

This super-talented young DJ and producer, signed to Flamingo Recordings with the likes of Funkerman and Fedde le Grand, has been marked for great things this year. Skeptical? Don't just take our word for it - he has already been tipped by national magazine NL20 as one of 2010's top 3 DJs. Erick E, who made the selection, raved about his awesome production skills and crowd-pleasing ability, describing him as a "fantastically fresh talent, especially for someone so young!"

At only 21 years of age, Franky is ready and willing to take over the world with his unstoppable passion for beats. Working hard both behind the turntables and in the studio, he's been busy filling up his diary for the coming months. Slots for this year include an appearance at Club Flame in Germany and he is also hopping over to Austria soon for a play in the powder and to take part in Radio 538's big Snow Event. Add this to his packed-out schedule of national dates, and you've got yourself one very busy boy...

Not so busy though that he hasn't had a little time to spend in the studio honing his production skills. He's been working with some of the biggest names in the house scene and already has two remixes prepped and ready to drop soon. The first is a reworking of Back & Forth by Fedde le Grand and Mr V, followed up with a version of Shermanology's The Weather. Both are due for release on Flamingo Recordings. He will also be working with Erick E to mix the next Sneakerz CD compilation.

Franky also has a track of his very own to brag about. It's called "Story Of Love", and is backed up by a fabulous remix from Muzzaik. With names like Fedde le Grand, Funkerman, Housequake and Prok & Fitch throwing their weight behind the release, you can be sure this track will see some heavy club rotation. It's going to be killer, so you can sleep soundly in your bed tonight safe in the knowledge you will be privy to some serious ear candy very soon.

Whilst we are sure he is confident enough about his producer skills, Franky must be glad to know he can carry on doing what he does best safe in the knowledge that he's getting plenty of label-love too.

Flamingo Recording's founder Fedde le Grand dropped his name in an interview with DJ Times when they asked him which artist he was excited about signing. Judging by his enthusiasm for Rizardo's ability to blend tech-house, minimal and electro, the young DJ has already earned himself some influential fans.

RALVERO
Young and talented dj/producer Ralvero has been in the studio a lot, and with great success. Listed below are some Ralvero remixes that will be released on Defected, Strictly Rhythm and Hed Kandi (Ministry of Sound):

This year, Ralvero will focus a lot more on his own productions. Together with Dadz 'N' Effect he produced another floorfiller, ‘In My Bedroom’. And as we speak, he's finishing his EP together with the Bassjackers.

Also down de pipeline, is a total re-newed version of a Ralvero bootleg track, already played by Roog and Erick E at several parties. Expect a lot of new tracks soon, as he has teamed up with producers such as Muzzaik.
